1. SCOPE OF DELIVERY

We currently ship to all of mainland Spain .
If you wish to receive your order in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla , please contact us beforehand via email at empire131347@gmail.com to calculate customized costs and delivery times.

We can also handle international shipments upon prior request.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Preparation time: between 1 and 3 business days .

  • Delivery time: between 3 and 7 working days from shipment, depending on the destination and the type of product.

In total, the customer will receive their order within approximately 4 to 10 business days .
In case of delays beyond our control (for example, logistical issues or force majeure), the customer will be informed in a timely manner.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight, volume and destination of the order.

  • Orders over €100: Free shipping (valid for mainland Spain).

  • Orders under €100: A flat rate of €6.95 will be applied.

4. TRANSPORT COMPANIES

We work with recognized transport companies (such as Correos, SEUR, MRW or GLS ) to guarantee fast and safe delivery.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
Sin-Limit is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the order cannot be delivered due to the recipient's absence, the transport company will leave a notice or contact you to arrange a new delivery.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If upon receiving the order the customer notices visible damage to the package, they must notify us within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt, attaching photographs to empire131347@gmail.com .
In case of a defective product or shipping error, Sin-Limit will cover the costs of collecting and replacing the product.

7. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal (return without need for justification).
The product must be returned in its original packaging , unused and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error or defect attributable to Sin-Limit.
